These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Clobits website and the services provided by Clobits. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Use of Website
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. Clobits may update, modify, or remove content at any time without notice.

Services
Clobits provides UIUX design and web development services based on mutually agreed project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
All services are delivered according to written proposals, agreements, or confirmed communications between Clobits and the client.
Project Pricing & Payment Terms
For all projects undertaken by Clobits:
- Fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost must be paid upfront before any design or development work begins.
- The remaining fifty percent (50%) is payable after project completion and demonstration of the agreed deliverables.
- Final deployment, handover, or transfer of files will occur only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Project Review, Revisions & Closure
- Clients are expected to review delivered work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Minor revisions within the agreed project scope will be addressed before final approval.
- Any changes, features, or requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and charged separately.
A project is considered closed after final approval and receipt of full payment.
Maintenance & Support
For websites developed by Clobits:
- Three (3) months of free backend maintenance is provided after project completion.
- This maintenance covers technical backend issues only, such as bug fixes or system-related errors.
- Content updates, design changes, product uploads, new features, or third-party service management are not included in free maintenance.
Any support or maintenance beyond this period or scope will be billed separately.
E-commerce Projects & Payment Gateway Integration
For e-commerce and online business websites:
- Clients must provide accurate business details, documentation, and verification required by payment gateway providers.
- Clobits will integrate payment gateways as agreed in the project scope, based on available provider documentation.
- Approval, compliance, and activation of payment gateways are handled by third-party providers and are not guaranteed by Clobits.
Clobits is not responsible for delays, rejections, or service interruptions caused by payment gateway providers, banks, or third-party platforms.
Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, payment gateways, analytics tools, or APIs.
Clobits is not responsible for outages, policy changes, failures, or limitations caused by third-party services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate content, assets, and information
- Ensuring timely feedback and approvals
- Managing website content unless otherwise agreed
Delays caused by missing content or approvals may impact project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client after full payment is received.
- Clobits retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability
Clobits shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Issues resulting from third-party services or hosting providers
- Modifications or misuse of the website by the client or third parties
All services are provided on an “as is” basis.
Termination
Clobits reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated or if payments are not made as agreed.
Changes to Terms
Clobits may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved under the relevant jurisdiction.
